These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the website and photography services provided by LRC Photography ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or booking a session, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Services Offered

We offer professional photography services, specializing in capturing people in various settings, including but not limited to:

  • Weddings

  • Engagements

  • Family sessions

  • Maternity

  • Individual portraits

  • Concert Photography

  • Senior photos

  • Celebrations (birthdays, proposals, etc.)

  • Headshots

  • Other photography sessions upon request

2. Booking & Payments

  • A signed contract and a non-refundable retainer fee are required to secure your booking.

  • The remaining balance is due before or on the day of the scheduled session unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  • Failure to pay may result in cancellation of the session without a refund of the retainer.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Clients may reschedule their session with at least 2 days notice, subject to availability.

  • Cancellations will result in the loss of the retainer fee.

  • If the Company cancels due to unforeseen circumstances, clients may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund of any payments made.

4. Image Delivery & Usage

  • Edited images will be delivered within 2 weeks, unless it is a wedding, in which case delivery may take up to 2 months, via an online gallery.

  • Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the images for personal use.

  • Commercial use of the images (e.g., for advertising) requires prior written permission and may be subject to additional fees.

5. Copyright & Intellectual Property

  • LRC Photography retains full copyright to all images.

  • Clients may not edit, alter, or sell images without prior written consent.

  • The Company reserves the right to use images for promotional purposes, including, but not limited to website portfolios, social media, and marketing materials. Clients who wish to opt out of this must notify us in writing before the session.

6. Liability & Force Majeure

  • The Company is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged images due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • In the event of equipment failure, illness, or other circumstances beyond our control, liability is limited to rescheduling or refunding any payments made.

  • The Company is not responsible for factors outside our control that may impact image quality, including weather, lighting conditions, or client cooperation.

7. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients are responsible for arriving on time and prepared for their session.

  • Any additional fees incurred due to venue rental, permits, or location-specific requirements are the client’s responsibility.

  • If a session involves minors, a parent or legal guardian must be present at all times.

8. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes arising from these Terms will first be attempted to be resolved through direct communication.

  • If no resolution is reached, disputes shall be settled in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington.
